WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaches are great for people who are ready to invest in their own life and are ready to make incremental changes and habits to make a big impact in their life and the lives of others.
As a coach, I want to help you to live the life you have always wanted, identify obstacles in your way, and empower you to develop a life plan to get to where you want to go. I hope you will dream big and develop a positive mindset that will impact the world and those around you.

HOW TO GET STARTED
I work with a limited number of clients who are committed to creating big change in their lives by using ancient wisdom and modern science. These are people who are tired and ready to create simple daily habits to make big changes in their life.

HERE’S WHAT YOU GET
Each client is unique but the framework and process is similar in structure. When you sign up for coaching, you will get:
· Initial questionnaire to review before our first call
· A personalized action plan in reaching your goals
· 6 phone or video calls up to 60 minutes in length. These phone calls will occur every two weeks (2 calls per month).
· Unlimited email communication between calls.
· To keep you moving forward, there are a number of assignments, reflections, and activities to complete between calls.
· Practical tools and tips to help you achieve your goals in all areas of your life
· Accountability to keep you on track to achieving your goals
· Complete confidentiality
*Please note: Not all coaching sessions will need to be 60 minutes given the topics discussed and your satisfaction with the content of our call.
Investment and other details will be discussed in your free intro call.
Finally, it’s important to mention that I can only offer you encouragement, advice, tools and strategies, as you have the ability, and capacity to take the right action steps to achieve your own goals.
COACHING
It all started when…
If you stop and think about your life right now, is it actually what you want to be doing with your life? A little scary right?
Perhaps, like me, you grew up and followed all the rules about getting your education, working hard, and pursuing your goals to achieve happiness and success while making a lot of money.
Yet…it still feels like something is missing or maybe there is more to life.

“I’m successful at work…but it never feels like I have enough time or energy to get all my work done and perform at my very best.”
I’m not as productive as I would like. My focus and energy is inconsistent. Sometimes it feels like I am disappointing my co-workers and those on my team.
“Everyday, I work hard…but it doesn’t feel like I am working on the things that matter most.”
I’m doing busy work but at the end of the day, it doesn’t feel like I got anything done that matters. I often feel frustrated by so many distractions.

I could be more intentional with my exercise routines on a more consistent basis and with all the diet fads, I find myself a little confused as to what to eat and when.
“I get 5-6 hours of sleep every night…but the reality is I wake up by an alarm and feel tired by the middle of the day.”
I am not sure of the routines or tools to improve the quality of my sleep. I always get tired in the late afternoon and I am not sure why.

I often let fear or worries stop me from pursuing the things that really matter to me. I wear a mask around the people who matter most to me so I am not authentic in who I am. It feels like I want deeper relationships with the people who love me.
