The ideas, practices and tools I share are rarely my own. I enjoy reading and learning from the best in the field and often my own practices and knowledge and insights have been collected, sorted, and refined through their modern insights and ancient wisdom. I am a better person for the support, encouragement, wisdom, love, inspiration, influence of some great people who have been willing to give of their time,talents, and treasures. I have learned from countless leaders.

In my work, I try to cite original sources or credit people who introduce the concept to me but often it is impossible, given the volume of writing and from various sources. I am grateful for anyone who has inspired me and touched my life or work in some way. I would not be the person I am today without their wisdom. Some, I have never met and some I call close friends.
